Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds

For One-Time Services:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Missed Appointment: If we arrive and are unable to complete service due to bin inaccessibility, locked areas, or full bins, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.

For Recurring Services (Monthly, Twice-Monthly, etc.):

  • You may cancel recurring services at any time.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service.

  • We will either re-clean the affected bins at no charge or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services missed due to inaccessible or locked bins

  • Unemptied bins at the time of service

  • Service delays due to weather or access restrictions (we will reschedule instead)

  • Previously rendered services

5. Changes to This Policy

Southern Fresh Bins reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version.
