Welcome to Southern Fresh Bins ("we", "our", "us"). By using our trash bin cleaning services ("Services") as a resident of an apartment, condo, or multi-unit property, you ("Client", "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to individual residents who subscribe to our services.
1. Service Description
Southern Fresh Bins offers professional cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing services for trash and recycling bins at apartment complexes and multi-unit residences. Our high-pressure, eco-friendly cleaning methods ensure your bins remain hygienic, odor-free, and well-maintained—enhancing both cleanliness and comfort in your living environment.
2. Scope of Work

Services may include cleaning of individual unit bins or shared collection bins.

Service frequency will be determined based on the agreement (e.g., monthly, twice-monthly).

We do not handle waste disposal—bins must be emptied prior to cleaning.
3. Service Access and Preparation

Client must ensure bins are emptied, accessible, and located in an area suitable for cleaning on the scheduled date.

Access to bins must be unobstructed prior to service. This includes, but is not limited to, locked enclosures, blocked pathways, or any unsafe conditions.

If access is not possible, the service may be skipped.
4. Billing and Payment Terms

Subscription Billing:
By subscribing to Southern Fresh Bins’ cleaning service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically once per month. Billing occurs on the same day each month, based on your original sign-up date.

Payment Methods:
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment system.

Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before your next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

Failed Payments:
If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we’ll notify you via email. Service may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Southern Fresh Bins will work with the Client to establish a recurring service schedule.

Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

In the case of inclement weather or safety concerns, we may reschedule the service at no additional cost.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide safe and clear access to bins on service days.

Ensure all bins are empty and free of hazardous materials or sharp objects.

Notify Southern Fresh Bins of any schedule conflicts, holidays, or access restrictions.
7. Service Limitations

We do not clean bins that contain waste, sharp objects, biohazards, or hazardous materials.

We do not service bins over 100 quarts.

Southern Fresh Bins is not responsible for damage caused by prior misuse or structural failure of bins.

Heavily damaged or contaminated bins may be excluded from service at our discretion.
8. Liability and Indemnification

Southern Fresh Bins will perform services with reasonable care and skill.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to bin cleaning or missed service due to inaccessibility or unsafe conditions.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Southern Fresh Bins harmless from any claims arising out of unsafe site conditions or Client negligence.
9. Termination of Services

Southern Fresh Bins reserves the right to terminate service for repeated access issues, non-payment, or unsafe conditions.
10. Privacy and Data
All client information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal or business data.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes implies agreement to the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
